Two characters apply a governor vote on unclaimed town, one became governor, another one lose.But if u lose vote, u can't withdraw ur candidacy in claimed town,can't apply as a citizen of another town,just stucked in "candidate governor" status of already claimed town.

Urgh, this is a very bad bug. Could you tell me the username of the account that's now "stuck" as candidate governor?
