Shield Seems Forgotten.

Shields seems to be forgotten in Fractured's current state.
We have a brand new talent system but not a single talent that works with shields.
Perhaps a 20% of armor also applies to all resistances when a shield is equipped or something along those lines.
Support your shield bearers!

I would be down for more offhand items, abilities, and talents in general. In addition to shields there could be talismans, offhand weapons, tomes, etc. It could increase build diversity quite a bit.
