Stuck character, Login Failed

I can not login.
My character first got stuck lying down with the count to get up with 1 second left. Then I logged out to see if the bug was fixed and now I can't get in again with the message appearing in the image.
Some administrator please fix this.

Have the same problem I've logout cause my items didnt stuck in inventory and i couldnt destroy the them and now after an hour still cant log in and I see the same messege that my character is still logged in.
