Guild Roster not Listing Everyone?

So I am a member of https://fracturedmmo.com/guild-profile/id/1885/ and when I go to The Foundation > My Guild, that is what comes up, and I have the option to leave guild. But when my friend views the roster for the guild, it doesn't list my name anywhere in there. Is there an issue with Guild Roster listings?

@successfulgeek I can see you just fine, but your hero profile username isn't the same as your account/forum username. Maybe that's the problem.
