SHADOW STEP CAN'T WORK

MANY TIMES WHEN I USE WSHADOW STEP,IT DOES'T WORK,JUST Hit the air on the spot，can you repair it？ ping 265，or high ping problem？but it's pve，Wild monster move slow，i already choose it。

lol some times i do a right click animation stealth drops and its not on CD timer...
