cant play right now something I bought?

I just bought the starter pack to start playing the game. on the starting screen it tell me I wont be able to play because of no session right now. So I just buy a game which I cant play now.
someone know the way to refund ? thank.

There is a message at the top of the store "*No test is running at the moment ...".
You can send a mail to the support of dynamight (see https://fracturedmmo.com/dynamight/) to ask for refund if you didn't had the chance to play yet.. this will probably take a bit.

When the devs announce the next test.
The end of august was floated as a possible time.. but as we have no notice now I guess it is pushed back.
I would hope to have an announcement by the end of the week.

@Maltos I asked for a refund to the support yesterday, still no answer, do you know how much time it take to get a refund? thank by the way for your answer.

The game proceeds roughly on monthly phases right now. So the news tend to be scarce for a month and then we get a block of them.

yeah, this sucks. i paid good money and even though its in testing i was still hoping for something to open up in august like the posting said... oh well. maybe sometime in sept?

still waiting...maybe update the log in to say a later month than one that has already past.
