Launcher does not have digital signature

Hey guys,
Just tried to download the new launcher, and it seems it's not working quite well.
I have no idea why, but everytime I try to run the launcher, it says something like "Can't found digital signature" or "No Internet connexion".I tried to delette and redownload many time (have to restart my computer every time because of residual files), launching at administrator, and even to deactivate my antivirus.
Is someone in the same situation ?

Before you hit the download button, it tells you this will happen.

do you know how to use powershell at all? Thats how i installed it
Right click on the start button. Click Windows Powershell (admin) or Terminal Admin on Win11
Navigate to the downloads folder. It should open to your user folder so just type cd downloads and press enter
type FR and press TAB on the kb. It should fill in the rest of the installer name. Press enter and it should install
