Abilities with Changes; Crafting Quantity

After logging in, abilities with charges, like Minor Healing and Relocate, have only 1 charge and don't display their charges.
To "fix" this you have to use the ability once.There's also an issue where you can't type in the quantity number box on the cracting screen. (not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature...)

it's a missing feature. You've never been able to type into that field.
The Devs are slowly adding this functionality to some screens.
