Fractured website "The Foundation" quest points issue

I keep getting a message stating that the number of news articles that I have read were unable to be counted and so my level is showing lower temporarily. I have not been able to advance in a few days because of this. Any help would be great. Stuck at 97 trying to get to 115 at least so I can get the wolf mount. Sorry if this is the wrong area. Wasn't able to find one.

They never said they restarted the Foundation system, so as far as I know, it is temporarily on hold until further notice. Nobody is supposed to be earning points right now
