I haven't had this issue once, and I've been farming intensively for the last week. I wonder whether this might be a timing issue. It might clear up if you relogged & came back to it? But thanks for posting this so the devs could see it happened. Please post again if you were able to harvest this after a little time had passed.

Maybe it was not yet ready, but almost and it round up to 100%
With out knowing the calculations Fraction use it's not possible to know for sure.Have fun

Did it again with wheat.
So it seems it's only happen in the last few minutes before maturing.
The wheat isn't changed to golden yet, so it's not fully grown, but it says 100% and when you try to harvest the confirmation says you will lose 0%.
So the calculation of crop's visual change and the calculation of 100% aren't the same.
And maybe the confirmation is appear regarding the former calculation but use the latter for the text.
