The closed pre-alpha will arrive this spring/summer for those you get luck on the foundation (more than 100 but less than 1000 players).
The alpha "will arrive" (we hope) this fall (2018). You have to buy a boundle with a key from kickstarter.
The beta the next year (2019). You have to buy a boundle with a key from kickstarter.

@finland The Kickstarter is scheduled for this spring, not the pre-alpha. The pre-alpha is scheduled for late this year just like the first alpha wave.
No beta date has been set yet, only alpha.
