Are these still available to be achieved? for instance if one were to buy coins and founders packs with a €1,500 value does one receive the "creator" kickstarter rewards? Or has that time passed?

@Fawnt The old KS packs are generally no longer available.
Altough the devs did make a few aristocrat packs available again.
