Overloading, no use of chests or tanning tubs

has now happened several times, if you are overloaded (120% and more) you can no longer open chests or put skins into the tanning tubs.

I have this sometimes, I just hit escape a few times and it fixes itself

Just saw this happen to @Ladyrowan - she was over 200% encumbered standing between 2 chests to transfer stuff and then couldn't open anything until she logged out and back in.

then I am reassured that it was not only me who felt this way and the test phase has already paid off.Found something you can still turn.
