Tree's are now Un-breakable?

There is a tree by the city in which I live, if you attempt to chop down the tree you cannot even pull out your axe. The same goes for collecting Branches . I don't know if it is affecting other places around the map or not.

I noticed there are some random resource spots like trees and rocks that are not usable. I don't know if anyone else has posted the coordinates to each resource node that's broken but I'd say put up a screenshot, or type in the coordinates you are at when you stand by the tree to this post so they can make the changes in game.

Have a tree like that in my town as well.
