"Cannot be Dodged" vs. Wisps

The talent tree node "Every 20 seconds, the first attack or projectile cannot be dodged and is a critical hit if it can be so" does not work against Wisps, they still dodge the attack whether it is melee, bow, or staff.
RIP my dreams for beating wisps with low INT

Yup, not a bug, it counters evasion but wisps are incorporeal.
