[FRAC-1871] Toggling on Shield block removes the toggled on animation on attack skills in the hotkey bar

Toggling on Shield block removes the toggle on animation in the hotkey bar around attack skills like Heavy Blow or Bash.
The attack still works fine but the toggle animation and the cooldown counter doesn't show until toggling on an attack skill again.

Seems like this is corrected in A2.2.1d
I can't reproduce it anymore at least.
