[A2.1.3] Leather Chest placed outside, but not accessible

The Description of the Leather chest shows that you just can build them inside, same as for the other chests:
But actually you can place them outside:
The first one i built got no interaction possibility yesterday, today i can at least destroy it. The second i built some minutes ago has the normal menu:

After the patch the Chest is accessible now, but not movable:
