Totem of wildfire does not agro monsters

Hello,
When I cast the totem of wildfire from a distance on a monster it starts attacking it, but the monster just stays passivly and is not aggroed by this. I can just stay out of aggro range and the totem kills it withouth me doing anything.
I can kill wisps like this withouth even being touched.
