[FRAC-1904] Throwing UI Off The Screen

Howdy developers.

If you grab the tabs for the inventory, you can actually throw them so hard that they fly off the screen and you can't get them back. Just thought I'd mess around with it and try to break it as much as possible so you guys can fix it later.
