DC'ed and unable to reconnect to world.

getting error that my character is already logged in. been about 10 mins at this point. same thing happened to both the friends im playing with.

I am no longer getting the "already logged in" error but am now seeing the behavior others are, game loads half way and kicks me back to character selection.
