House Placement Blocking

Hello.
I played Ultima Online so I am curious.
Is it possible to block a player from placing a house by standing on the placement tile/region?
Just wondering how that would work out.

Haha that would be annoying and i would hope not. However, I don't see what it would do to the player who you place a house on top them. Teleport them somewhere else or kill them is the only thing I can think of now.

@Arterius Normally the result is that the house cannot be placed.. then the house sitter would wait for his friends to get there while they placed the house and the other player became exhausted. It killing a player would not work as it is against the ruleset of the game and could be considered an exploit.

Yeah I imagine on a demon server and the like you could just kill the person who was giving you trouble. As a beastman I would just have to find somewhere else to place my house as that is a non option on a PVE world.
