      In the above video, you can see my stats on each of the weapons equipped. When I cycle through, sometimes the modifier (in this case damage) is applied, sometimes it is not.

If you've popped for a founder's pack and are getting ready for the next alpha, allow me to recommend a couple of useful links to have bookmarked (with thanks and kudos to the amazing folks who are keeping those up for us!): The Enchanter's Guide to Reagents & Their Powers and The Bestiary (So Far) Our in-game book of knowledge doesn't have pix (yet) so if you kill a bunch of mobs you've never seen (e.g., several sorts of goblins or spiders) and want to learn their identifying marks and what they can teach you, the bestiary is invaluable.
