RE: INT stat not increasing memory points
Wait, I think that we have misunderstood something.
INT from equipment does indeed not increase memory, as explained by the others before me.
INT from talents though as far as I know shouldn't increase memory either, while he is saying that right now it does.
This is a bug.If INT from talents increases memory, you can memorize that talent set, then memorize a skill set which requires a lot of memory and then memorize a talent set without that additional INT. This results in the OP screenshot, where he can use a skill preset even without the memory.
This is 100% a bug. INT from talents DOES NOT increase memory.

RE: weapon durability
Hmm, this is not my experience.
According to what I'm observing, a weapon without durability enchants lasts around 2 hours, and a set of armor 5.
These values seem good to me, and I actually think that the durability enchant should be nerfed, right now it is a no brainer.
1 hour durability though would be not good.

Cobweb skill prevents interaction with items on the ground.
In an area affected by the cobweb skill, it is impossible to click on items under it (like plants or stones), until the cobweb duration has expired.
An alternative solution to a fix, would be to add it to the spell description "Prevents interaction with items in the area", which would be really cool and in line with what you expect from a cobweb.

RE: Poisoning Strike does not work with a bow.
Confirming this.
You can apply the poison to a bow, and it will correctly display the charges. The poisoning strike skill is enabled, and if you use it there is no "The weapon is not poisoned" message, so it is correctly regiresting as poisoned.
Yet, the effect is not applied and the poison charge is not expended.

RE: I'm lost could use some help
@mczap62 keep in mind that as the tip on that quest says, you shouldn't go to those places. It's not part of the tutorial. That missions is just a workaround in this testing phase to give you a marker on the map to the 3 areas of interest for pve currently implemented.
Don't go there just for a stroll. You will get killed, especially in the Vale of Shadows.
Once you reach that quest, the tutorial is ended. Stop following quests and just play the game.

RE: Death Penalty of losing all gear and inventory: WORST IDEA EVER!!!
@Roccandil The scenario you are describing is exactly what currently would happen in Fractured. In Albion, if a character HP reaches zero, he is out of that encounter. In Fractured, if your HP reaches zero, you stand back up 30 seconds later and join the fight again. If your HP reaches zero 3 or 4 times, then you get out of the encounter to avoid getting killed.
Am I missing something or you are advocating for a MORE punishing pve death system?

You are brave.
I turn tail at 60%.

RE: shitty game
Easiest solution would probably be to have the "country" players being able to offer something of value to cities. This way they become part of the economy and can rent the use of the city facilities. Obviously playing alone is harder than playing with an organized group and that will not change, but that challenge is the reason to play solo. We just need to make sure that solo players have a place in the world.

RE: Death Penalty of losing all gear and inventory: WORST IDEA EVER!!!
There are multiple MMOs with this kind of death punishment. Some of them are even harsher.
Also, that starter quest clearly indicates that you are not supposed to do it but it is just helping you localize the PvE hotspots.
By the way, getting killed is 100% possible if you lack experience. One mistep is usually all is needed to be put in a situation where you just can't get away.
Losing gear though isn't really that much of an issue, you should keep some spare equip in the bank since it is easy to make.
