I'd like to point out that I'm betting most people who say they have no problem with the stress on the hand/wrist/arm using the mouse constantly for movement AND combat are under 50. There is a very large group of people who started playing in the 90s that are now in their 50s and 60s--this group is growing fast while the younger group is shrinking. Do you really want to shut yourself off to this group of players? The younger ones are known for trying games for a short time, then moving on to something else, while the older group tends to stay where they are happy. Common sense tells me that my business model should do what it can to include that group. A toggle is such a minor thing--not even an inconvenience--but it makes a big difference to some people. There is also the handicapped population with sometimes no other avenue for socialization than online social media and games. Found this interesting article on how one developer is meeting the challenge of handicapped players: https://news.microsoft.com/features/gears-5-higher-bar-accessibility-more-people-can-play/?ocid=lock Try thinking outside of the bubble that is your world.

Too much mouse clicking; hello carpal tunnel
Really enjoying the game so far, but I see a return of carpal tunnel if there will be no option for auto attack. I don't mind the click to move, so long as they eventually have an option to toggle gather/attack, but having to click for every hit and every battle involving a LOT of hits is going to be a problem for those with carpal tunnel or arthritis. I love gaming and was excited to see something like Ultima Online, but we're not all created equal physically. I hope these developers will consider some kind of auto attack or key-mapped attack so those with physical limitations can play. I've seen quite a few online games that have an attack key to continue to attack without having to use the mouse button.
