We need +1 Dex light armor helmet. As assassin I find it quite disturbing, that the current one is medium.

I doubt it. Being flexible and able to adapt to new challenges/circumstances is part of the DNA of FO... keeping an option to respec the attributes doesn't harm anything and the dev's don't have to invest time into something that might lead to new problems(or bugs) again.

So yes. Please add at least a tooltip showing how many days/hours until the next respec.

I totally agree. Extracts are so baseline, that they should be available with the ressources on all worlds. Please fix it!

you can use the other slot to equip a spell-channelling weapon.. should be easy for you to switch weapon-slots via tab, fire 1-2 abilties and switch back
even without 20 int/wis you can still include some abilities into your fight

5x5 is the largest possible (only in towns) plot-size at the moment
