RE: traveling caravans/merchants or just a way to haul mass amounts of stuff
Well i think that caravans will be used for both.
Guilds may use them to both trade and haul huge amounts of goods to areas/cities that they have an interest in building up.
And merchants can set up caravans to bulk trade, since as @Tuoni said inventory will be limited.
Note: i think caravans should be at its core entirely player run, not something you can pay an NPC in town to set up. -
Horse Breeding
So this is something i have been thinking about however i'm not sure how this would be implemented.
Maybe that horses have special traits and when you breed certain horses with other horses these traits will become stronger or more traits may be added.
Based on the other horses trait(s). -
Trade
I know that player to player trade has ben comfirmed, but i am wondering how this will be implemented, it would be cool if players could have trader as a "job", and will trade tax be a thing?

Npc Soldiers?
Will there be a system of sorts where you will be able to recruit npcs as soldiers,
this will make battles between guilds more interesting, in my opinion -
Borders?
Will there be some kind of territorial borders, that may inpact the game?
Or will it be symbolical
or will it not be implemented at all -
NPCs and tasks
We know that there will be farming, mining and other stuff like that (gathering)
and i think we can take npcs for granted, but i was wondering,
will we be able to "hire" npcs to do certain gathering jobs, for a certain amount of money ?
And will it be available to hire npcs for use at soldiers, or something like that
