Bounty boards should be created, but game controlled. Your bounty increases for how many laws you break and don't pay actions for them I guess.

Obtaining resources
Should there be a mechanic where some classes/subraces gain specific resources according to them, or a mechanic where people have an affinity of collecting/crafting materials easier.
I was thinking like pelts of a beastman or horns from a demon/hart-kin, or beastmen have an affinity to woodcutting, demons are stone-cutters, etc. -
Diseases and more!
I know there is a season mechanic in the game so, now I'm wondering about diseases. Will there, or should there be a mechanic for if you eat bad food, or have low enough constitution that a disease will enter your body?

Well from how I understand,
Arboreus: Beastmen planet, very little PvP but it is possible. (AKA. dont kill innocents)
Tartaros: Demon planet, lawless PvP.
Syndesia: Human planet, lawful PvP. -

Well you really can't go into a sandbox mmorpg without expecting the worst of the worst. I feel PKers are indeed cheap by a long mile, but remember that you can be witty and crafty as well. Blocking and Dodging should be easy (I think) with someone being able to summon solid objects/use shields/ Legit negate all damage/ Trick people/ CC people, as well as gateways and escapes that can only work for some classes, as well as making some situations be worse to chase after like traps and etc.
I feel like if you want to PK you should at least also consider the craftiness of the opponent, and the items they have. Some PKers should atleast be smart enough to know that the opponent they face can turn the tides of a fight.

Not just weapons though, I feel like some tools and objects could be used as items to do damage or utility.
Bottles, shovels, spades, rakes, pitchforks, heavy objects, and etc - hit or throw them at people.
Ropes, lassos, nets, webs, and more - Can cc people, forcing them to have to break out.
Lots of sand, Flour, Baking powder, Dust - Vision affecting items.
Liquids, Bandages - As well as other things that can be fairly bad when dirty/used
Broken glass, Anything that breaks in sharp ends - Self explanatory.
