Every picture I try to upload and crop says it needs to be smaller than 256kb but I dont know how to change that, and every photo tried it has said that. Is there a way to fix it or could someone who could tell me how to get a picture to be less than 256kb. Sorry if this is in the wrong section

I was looking through the news posts and I couldnt find anything detailing the Gods of the worlds, even though you make that choice at character creation. I was wondering if someone could direct me towards were I could find that info, or inform me that its not really out yet.
