Lost my Newsletter Foundation progress after changing my email address

Hi all,

As the title states, I've just changed my email address and noticed my Foundation level went from 150+ to 138, is there any way to fix this? I was so proud of my level.

(I couldn't find any other posts about this, my apologies if my search or choice of board was inadequate.)
