Housing Maintenance already in place ?

I build my house on Sunday, logging in today (Monday) my house already needs repairs? If I didn't build it myself I would throw a lawsuit at the contractor
I made some video's about it, at the end, I needed to add 7 stone blocks to the house.
After I got myself some extra stone bricks, my house looked at least repaired again, but still needed 3 more blocks as shown in video 3
