City hall rubberband dance

10:46am GMT -8 on 11'25'2023. the rubberbanding at the city hall entrance appears to still be there.. you have to wait a bit and then your out of it or walk east or west to free yourself longer or just wait a bit then it seems to work itself out.

I watched this happen. However, it never happened to me. The difference seems to be latency. Higher latency (starts at about 80ms) seems to be directly related to rubberbanding.
