Guild on Homepage and Guild in the game

Hello to everyone, I would like to ask a few questions about guild creation:
I founded a guild on the homepage choosing the name-tag-race (demon) and so on.
In the game it looks like a different thing and also the guild name on the home page is too long to be created in the game.
Also demon are not still out in the game.So the question is how to link and create the guild in the game from the homepage?
