The game crash on start

I have a Master founder pack and native game launcher.
After I check the updates and click Play, the game crashes right away. The last thing I notice for like 0.1 sec is this splash:

np, solved it by uninstalling, removing the game folder and reinstalling

I have the same issue, however the uninstall, remove folder and reinstall has not fixed the problem. The issue happens with Steam or the native launcher.
