Unable to play after account transfer

I have been away from the game and received notice to merge my account. Followed the instructions and installed the game on my new computer. It is now acting like I never bought the game and wants me to buy it again. When I try to log in it tells me the free play test is over.

@Balemar There isn't an active play test at the moment. There will be another one in the future and you should be able to play in it without buying anything else. None of us can play right now.
