Same spells does not work at north iceland (terra)

Hi for example,
spell "lightning strike" if use it on trolls (-2606w 1103N) there is no effect\damage. The same with spell (fireball\burning pillar)the same actions at nearest iceland (-2536w 902 n) - works correctly
