"You have no right to loot this" after killing something solo

I get this bug somethimes, like 1 on 300 kills, "you have no right to loot this" while i'm the only one around, killed it from 100% to 0% health ?

This happens when someone already attacked that mob and then run away. The mob goes back to full hp, but he still "remembers" his first attacker.
