Tier 2 Intel doesnt increase Memory

As the title says, tier 2 intel on amulet is not increasing the usable memory for skills... that is the primary purpose of enchanting it in my build.

It intentionally does not do that, as Gear can be taken off and put on freely they are not able to adjust something that can only be done at a firepit, otherwise people would put them on during resting and then remove them afterward to have extra skills. There is already a problem with the Talent trees +INT with people doing just that and both of them can only be done at the Firepit, however the Talent tree one should be easier to fix.

I see :(. Bummer that’s exactly why I built the amulet.. just to have more memory (not in a cheating fashion though)
