Animal net bug

This is brand new and might have just been a glitch but when I was throwing a net at a horse the net didn't go at all but it still ate one up. So I figured "Oh must have hit a tree or something" and so I got closer in an open field and threw another one. It also did not go and still ate up a net. It worked on the 3rd net but 2 nets basically deleted themselves.
