Unable to add stone to trading post

Is there a limit on how much stone blocks can be added to the trading post?
I get an error after adding 9 stone blocks that I don't have any in the wagon, but the wagon was full of stone.

Same here, I have tried logging/out separate and attached to the wagon.
I did the same thing with the hand cart, still no change.
I tried with the Sell-Buy button positions in combo with the above, still the same. Also changed the prices, still no change.I tried withdrawing the stone (6) that it allowed me to put in, saying my cart was full (it wasn't)
I tried with an Alt, same thing so it wasn't my character.
*also I am a Vice Gov, but there doesn't appear to be any special permissions needed.
I will attempt wood and see if its any different.
