Toon got stuck outside Silk Road

I was riding along on Skippy, my steed, when she suddenly just didn't wanna go. Anywhere. Tried every direction, then dismounted. My toon doesn't want to go anywhere either. Gonna log out and back in, hoping she doesn't die but here's a screenshot of my PC unable to move.
Logging out and back in seems to have fixed it, although I was unable to continue down the road. the road DOES show that it goes through, on the map and on the mini map, and I saw someone come north. But I couldn't go south.

Yea its impassable. If I dont have a cart I just use the Relocate spell to hop up/down.
