Stuck in "Loading World"

I died, clicked on "spawn last city" spawned under the ground so i restarted the game but that Character doesnt load in anymore. waited 20 min in "loading World" screen. made a new character and loaded instantly in.
anyone has same issue?

I have similiar. never got in tho. always stuck. tried uninstall reinstall and tried 20+ times
