Guild unclaimed banner shows up in middle of town hall. (Still shows town as claimed)
Cart shows empty when walking with it

Cart stuck in town blueprints
When governors placing plots, many will show as blue but not place.

@Jimbolini I think that is intentional game design to force you to explore more of the map rather than going straight back and forth between places.
