Character Stuck Loading World

My main character went under the tavern and died. I chose to respawn last city, it did not take me to our city or tavern. Then I let wolves kill me and I selected to respawn at home. My character did not appear but I could see my name so I logged off.
When I try to log back in, I am stuck at the loading world screen.

The patch and restart did not free the character. Still stuck loading world.
