[FRAC-1957] no rights to loot

hi guys
could find that problem, so heres a new post

i had no rights to loot a target only i damaged
im on my own, no group with me

im in a party sind 2 days, but no one near here

the other corpses could be looted
that one wolf resetted (walked back to guard area) was hurt
i finished him afterwards
but it couldnt be looted
