Friend recruitment points

Hi!
I've recruited a bunch of friend (16) and I gain points so slowly, how many points does a friend invite worth? I'm struggling to even level from 29 to 30 but I've invited a lot friends at level 29.

You earn points when your friends reach a certain level (lvl 10, 20, 30 and 50)

You get 100 for each friend once join. But there is no point to invite firends that will not partecipate on the forum. So there you go
