Hi! i have a problem with the skill's and the skills bar. i can't add or delete any of the skills...

anyone else have this bug? i'am doing something wrong?

When I learnt the skills i moved away from the fire and equipped a axe to be allowed to drag and drop the bleed spell dunno if that helps you
