saving a preset

When I start as a noob it tells me to rest at a fireplace and save a set of abilities. On that screen there is a spot that says Ctrl+click on an icon to assign. Thats confusing because what I really need to do is left click all 4 abilities. IDK if that other thing is a mistake or some other function but its very confusing to a new player.

That CTRL+Click as it explains is to set the ICON IMAGE used to distinquish that ability preset from other ability presets.
