Login Failed

I think this may be something to do with the server, but if it's just me, then there's an issue. It keeps telling me that my character is logged in but I haven't been online in over 15 minutes. I quit out of the game because the MS reader went to 1k and stayed there and nothing was working. Assuming some server issue but just in case.
