How to discover "Ready To Study" Quest?

I finished the starting quests and explored quite a few places but i never discovered the Ready to Study quest now i have no quests to do and I am just blindly exploring. Killed lot of goblins and spiders. Any tips?

well home building or helping a town expand is nice. Also there are tons of different mobs to discover and read about.
