Stuck loading screen, respawn bug, UI bug

1 During fights some of the icons of my skills in the UI skill-bar disappear/turn blue.
2 Got killed, clicked respawn at home - but I didn t spawn there. Instead I spawned in/under the map in some rocky area
3 Tried to relog. But character is now unplayable since it is stuck on the loading screen ("loading world"). nothing is happening
